High-level scenarios

The complete patient journeys, run by the team together before every release  ·  Updated 02-11-2026

Each scenario follows one patient (or one set-up) across roles. A tester for each role does their steps and tells the next role when the patient is handed on. The F-numbers match the flow catalogue in docs/product/flows.md. If one of these fails, the release is not ready.

The main patient path

  1. Reception: register / book
  2. Check in + fee
  3. Nurse: vitals + triage
  4. DMO (if escalated)
  5. Doctor: consult
  6. Lab
  7. Doctor: complete

Not in this releasePharmacy dispensing, billing (invoices, insurance, day close), follow-up booking and the patient portal: flows F9–F12 and the pharmacy / bill steps of F1, F4 and F7. They are added here when release.ts switches them on.
