How the day runs
| Time | Who | What |

| 09:30 | Test lead | Start the API and the web app on the test database. Load the test data (Clinic Admin › Tools › Download test data › Import from Excel › Replace everything). Give each tester their account password in person. |
| 09:45 | Everyone | Smoke: sign in on your own account and check you land on your home screen (LGN-10). Tell the lead if not; nothing else starts until all can sign in. |
| 10:00–12:30 | Everyone together | End-to-end scenarios HL-01 to HL-16, in hand-off order. Reception starts each patient and says the name out loud; each role says "handed on" when done. The lead marks the result in the End-to-end block. |
| 13:30–16:00 | Each tester | Your role's cases in your block below. When a case needs another role (e.g. "Nurse sends a patient"), ask that tester. |
| 16:00–16:30 | Everyone | Retest anything fixed during the day. Every case must have a status. Export to Excel and send the file to the lead. |
| 16:30 | Test lead + owner | Read the Dashboard sheet, go through the Defects sheet, decide: ready or not (exit criteria). |
Your results stay in this browserStatus and notes are kept on this computer in
this browser, even after a refresh. Use the same browser all day, and export to Excel before you close it.
Never write passwords in the notes.
